POSITION TITLE: Benefit Analyst
POSITION SUMMARY
Coordinates the group implementation, data gathering, group building (both traditional and web-based groups) and renewal process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Builds new groups into the proprietary system for both traditional and web based clients and enter corresponding eligibility if necessary.
Researches and troubleshoots technical proprietary system related issues.
Communicates with Account Manager, Benefit Administrators, and Data Mgmt. Team to problems regarding group rates, billing and eligibility.
Examines plan coverage information provided in the PIQ with carrier contract information and create group summary cheat sheets.
Responsible for processing group renewals.
Perform small project work.
Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent and/or one to two years corporate HR or broker experience or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.
Good understanding of employee benefit plans.
Working knowledge of insurance premium calculations with respect to volumes and rates.
Excellent communicative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Intermediate level of proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Prior experience with building and maintaining a benefits system configuration tool or a HRIS preferred.

Responsible for the comprehensive billing and administrative function along with administrative processing of web transitions of various employee benefit plans such as life, health, and disability insurances.

POSITION TITLE: Client Relations Representative
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Client Relations representative, provides administrative support and account management to the organization's sales and service process by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Interprets insurance policy provisions as they relate to the aspects of the ongoing administration of group benefit plans to various internal and external team members/partners.
Possesses an overall understanding of a Web Portal product, Consolidated Billing, COBRA, FSA, HRA, MRA Administration, Retiree Billing, Self Funded Dental and Vision.
Coordinates appropriate calls with parties to gather essential information.
Corresponds or consults with brokers, insurance company representatives and other interested persons to determine feasibility of administering a specific company's group benefit plans.
Responsible for implementing new clients and on-going management of an assigned block of business.
Manages Service Team members to ensure timely response and turnaround time of issues or concerns regarding services or administration.
Completes pricing exception forms and corresponding billing and questionnaire documents.
Handles preparation, submission and receipt of all agreements for execution.
Releases internal communications timely to successfully install a new case by tracking outstanding issues to completion.
Develops and maintains tools to ensure timely client renewals including open enrollment and annual re-enrollment materials for client's applicable group health and reimbursement plans.
Responsible for usage of informational tools distributed through email, as well as other written and verbal communications provided by the Company such as; checklists, timelines, logs, recaps, and reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree and two to five years related experience in Employee Benefits, Insurance or Human Resources preferred.
Working knowledge of various employee benefit plans and industry practices.
Demonstrated account and project management skills in a line or support position.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plan documents, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment while handling other tasks concurrently.
Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
Ability to be accountable and assessable both to parties inside and outside the organization.
Intermediate level of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.

POSITION TITLE: Accounts Receivable Billing Analyst
POSITION SUMMARY:
Primarily responsible for all banking transactions, including cash receipts, ACH transfers, collections, reconciliations, and lockbox processing. Also performs billing invoicing process by performing the following duties:

·Posts daily lock box cash receipts to accounts receivable.
·Prepares daily bank deposits and posts to accounts receivable.
·Responsible for daily banking activity including positive pay processing.

·Processes refunds due to overpayments on account.
·Calculates, posts, mails or emails monthly invoices for client groups.
·Prepares monthly bank reconciliations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
·Associate's Accounting Degree and/or equivalent training and experience.
·Working knowledge of cash application methods and ways of resolving past due accounts.
