Where can I find Claim Forms?

There is a forms and brochures panel to the left where you can view and download all forms and brochures available. To select a form or brochure just drop the menu down and select the document you wish to view, then click on the open selected form or open selected brochure button.
I have the Debit Card. Where do I login?

  Log onto: https://www.mywealthcareonline.com/bccsmartcare
  Select the “Register” option as a first time user - to create a user name  and password.
  Select the “Log in” option if you have already created your account.
What is Flexible Spending?

A Flexible Spending Account is an employer-sponsored benefit that allows you to pay for certain non-covered medical expenses (such as doctor’s office co-pays and prescription drugs) with your pre-tax income. Because this benefit uses pre-tax dollars, a Flexible Spending Account is a great way for you to save money on your healthcare costs, as well as increase your take home pay! Your employer may also offer a Dependent Care spending account, which can be used to pay day care expenses for eligible children or elderly dependents.
