October 9th - October 20th, 2023

This Open Enrollment period is your opportunity to make changes to your 2024 Retiree Continuation Coverage benefit elections. Please review the benefit information posted below. A PDF viewer is required to view the documents posted.

If you do not wish to make any benefit changes, you do not need to do anything.
Your Retiree benefits will remain unchanged if you do not contact BCC's Call Center wtih Changes. New 2024 plan premiums outlined in the 2024 Retiree Benefit Guide are effective January 1, 2024.

If you wish to make changes to your 2024 Retiree benefits:
1. Contact BCC's Call Center between October 9th and October 20th at: (855) 230-0745 x6414
You will be required to provide Social Security Numbers and Dates of Birth for yourself and all listed dependents.
Representatives are Available:
Monday - Thursday: 5:00am - 5:00pm PT; Friday: 5:00am - 3:00pm PT

2. Review all of your questions and changes with the Call Center Representative.

3. BCC will process your changes and new 2024 plan premiums will be effective January 1, 2024.

All Changes must be completed prior to 3:00pm PT on October 20, 2023.
